About the Opportunity

TGA – Think Global Advisory is recruiting on behalf of a growing international digital marketing agency that provides creative, web development, automation, branding, and digital marketing solutions to clients across the United States, the Caribbean and Latin America.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager & Account Director to become the main point of contact for clients while coordinating multidisciplinary remote teams across different regions.

This is a highly strategic, client-facing position for someone who enjoys building relationships, leading projects, and helping businesses grow through creative and digital solutions.

What You'll Do:

Client Success & Account Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Lead client meetings and provide strategic guidance.
  • Understand business goals and translate them into actionable projects.
  • Manage expectations and ensure outstanding customer experience.

Project Management

  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Assign and monitor tasks using ClickUp.
  • Collaborate with remote creative and technical teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Improve workflows and project efficiency.

Strategy & Digital Marketing

  • Provide recommendations on branding, websites, digital marketing and automation.
  • Review creative deliverables before client delivery.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Support clients with ideas that generate business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Account Management or Digital Marketing.
  • Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Experience coordinating remote teams.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.

Experience with some of the following tools is highly valued:

  • ClickUp / Monday
  • HubSpot
  • Zapier or Make
  • WordPress
  • Elementor
  • Meta Business Suite
  • Google Ads
  • Canva
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • DaVinci Resolve
  • CRM platforms and marketing automation tools

Compensation

USD $700–$1,000/month base

Potential earnings: USD $2,500+/month based on portfolio growth and performance, through a combination of base salary and commissions
