Hi there! We are Scale Up and our client is looking for a EDI Integration Analyst!

About Our Client

Our client, a Florida-based company and a leading provider in the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) space, specializes in B2B transactions for the retail, distribution, and transportation sectors across the US and Canada. As a pioneer in the EDI field, they combine technology and business acumen to deliver innovative solutions to their clients.

Position Overview

The EDI Integration Analyst will play a critical role in managing and executing short-term EDI implementation projects, involving programming, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Success in this position requires strong analytical thinking, exceptional organizational abilities, and advanced communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Manage multiple goal-oriented, time-sensitive EDI implementation projects (ranging from 2 weeks to 3 months).
  • Workflow Analysis: Analyze business workflows, develop tailored solutions, and anticipate various business scenarios to meet client needs.
  • Gap Analysis: Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current software capabilities and integration requirements, proposing and implementing tailored solutions to address identified gaps.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, customers, trading partners, and third parties to ensure seamless analysis, implementation, training, and go-live transitions.
  • Resource Management: Prioritize tasks and coordinate resources to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform testing and verification to ensure the accuracy and functionality of EDI systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in software analysis or development.
  • Advanced English proficiency, with emphasis on strong conversational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with supply chain processes and logistics.
  • Experience working with US-based clients or organizations.

Employment Type

  • Full-Time: Permanent role with growth opportunities.
  • Remote Work: Fully remote work is acceptable.
  • Work Schedule: US-based schedule (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST) with observance of US holidays.
