We are seeking a motivated and analytical Quality Assurance Test Engineer to join our Product Development team. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of our enterprise software solutions through thoughtful test planning, manual testing, and automated testing.

The ideal candidate is more than someone who simply executes test cases—they are a critical thinker who enjoys understanding how software works, how customers use it, and where potential issues may exist. They are naturally curious, detail-oriented, and capable of designing effective tests that validate both functional and business requirements.

This is a mid-level position requiring approximately 5+ years of experience testing enterprise software applications.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyze business and functional requirements to develop comprehensive test strategies.

· Design, document, and maintain manual and automated test cases.

· Execute functional, regression and integration testing

· Develop and maintain automated test suites.

· Perform regression testing prior to product releases.

· Identify and document defects

· Validate defect fixes and perform root cause verification.

· Work closely with Product Management, Business Analysts, Developers, and other QA team members throughout the software development lifecycle.

· Participate in requirement reviews to identify ambiguities, missing requirements, and testability concerns before development begins.

· Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and automation coverage.

· Assist with performance and load testing activities.

· Help maintain high-quality documentation for test cases, test execution, and test results.

· Minimum 5 years of experience testing enterprise software applications.

· Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

· Experience creating detailed test cases from business and functional requirements.

· Experience performing manual testing across complex business workflows.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to think critically about how software should behave in real-world business scenarios.

Highly Desirable Skills

Experience testing Enterprise Software

Experience in Healthcare and or Insurance industries

Experience with one or more of the following technologies is highly desirable:

· Python

· Playwright

· Allure Test Reporting

· JMeter

· Azure DevOps (Requirements, Test Plans, Defect Tracking)

Education
