An international FinTech company operating in the financial markets sector is looking for a Financial Markets Analyst to join our team and support our activities across the LATAM region.

We are looking for a finance professional with strong knowledge of financial markets, an analytical mindset, and an interest in developing financial and educational content for Spanish-speaking audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and currency markets and identify relevant market developments.
• Monitor macroeconomic events, economic indicators, central bank decisions, and other factors affecting financial markets.
• Prepare clear and structured market analysis and commentary.
• Develop educational content related to financial markets, trading, and investment topics.
• Explain complex financial concepts in a clear and accessible way.
• Contribute to webinars, interviews, online events, and other educational initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams on financial content and market-related projects.
• Adapt financial content to the interests and needs of audiences across Latin America.
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and responsibility when presenting financial information.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Forex and financial markets.
• Experience in financial analysis, trading, investment research, or a related field.
• Ability to independently analyze market conditions and develop well-supported views.
• Good understanding of macroeconomic factors and their impact on financial markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain financial concepts to both experienced and non-specialist audiences.
• Understanding of the LATAM financial and media environment.
• Professional approach to financial information and content.
• Spanish proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• English proficiency is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with one or more of the following will be considered an advantage:

• Financial analysis or trading-related content creation.
• YouTube, podcasts, webinars, or other educational formats.
• Financial blogs or other public financial content.
• Public speaking, interviews, conferences, or financial events.
• Experience creating educational materials about trading or financial markets.
• Existing knowledge of Spanish-speaking financial audiences in LATAM.

An existing audience or public profile is welcome, but the number of followers is not the primary selection criterion. We are more interested in professional expertise, content quality, communication skills, and relevant experience.
