Works in partnership with the region's HRBP to execute the HR strategy in the countries. Provides specialized advice to line managers on HR management processes. Advises on HR policies and practices for effective people management.

More about you
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR services or support roles, with a focus on process improvement and problem-solving.
- Fluent English and Spanish
