IT Support & Facilities Specialist - Mendoza, Argentina
This is an on-site position in our Mendoza office.
At Built, we’re building the future of construction finance, and we need a resourceful, tech-savvy problem solver in Argentina who’s ready to help build our internal IT and workplace operations alongside us.
As an IT Support & Facilities Specialist, you’ll split your time between two critical functions: IT Support (~60%) and Facilities Coordination (~40%). You won’t just reset passwords and restock supplies, you’ll engineer better ways to work, automate request workflows, shape the employee experience, and keep our workspace running smoothly.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where curiosity, creativity, and a love for making things run better will take you far.
What You’ll Do
IT Support (~60%)
Deliver and Evolve IT Support
-
Be the go-to resource for employees’ tech needs through Jira Service Management — own tickets from intake to resolution or escalation.
-
Troubleshoot macOS and Windows devices, Google Workspace issues, Okta access requests, Zoom challenges, and more.
-
Design and build new request types, automations, and workflows in Jira to make the support experience smoother and smarter.
-
Partner with IT Engineering to identify pain points and turn manual processes into automated ones.
Create Exceptional Employee Experiences
-
Support the IT portion of New Hire Orientation (NHO), helping every new Built employee get set up for success.
-
Continuously improve onboarding processes using Confluence and automation tools like Okta Workflows or Kandji Blueprints.
-
Work cross-functionally with People Ops, Security, and Engineering to keep our systems secure and our users delighted.
Own Our Hardware and A/V Game
-
Manage and track company devices in Atlassian Assets (CMDB) — own the full lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
-
Support and maintain Zoom Rooms and Logitech Rally Bar setups for conference spaces.
-
Lend your tech skills to internal company events, town halls, and all-hands meetings.
Document, Improve, and Automate
-
Keep IT processes organized and accessible through Confluence documentation and Scribe guides.
-
Help design automation between systems — think connecting Okta Jira Slack Kandji to eliminate repetitive tasks.
-
Champion process improvement: when you fix a problem once, make sure we never have to fix it again.
Facilities Coordination (~40%)
Keep the Workplace Running Smoothly
-
Serve as a point of contact for office vendors and service providers, including janitorial, pest control, HVAC, recycling, and secure waste disposal.
-
Monitor office supplies and consumables for restrooms, kitchens, coffee bars, and meeting rooms — place timely orders through approved channels.
-
Manage vendor service schedules and access, including coordinating building entry for vendors without badges.
-
Track recurring orders and contracts, escalate vendor issues, and maintain vendor contact records.
Support Workplace Logistics & Culture
-
Support workplace logistics including badge creation, mail sorting, office nameplates, and internal event prep.
-
Coordinate food programs and beverage services as applicable.
-
Assist with shipping, receiving, and mail distribution.
-
Monitor the facilities Jira queue, assign requests, and communicate updates to employees.
-
Partner with other teams on projects like event planning, space reconfigurations, or team onboarding.
You’ll Thrive Here If You…
-
Love finding elegant solutions to messy problems — whether it’s a broken automation or a broken coffee machine.
-
Get excited about automating repetitive tasks and improving workflows.
-
Communicate clearly and confidently with everyone from interns to executives.
-
Can pivot quickly and learn on the fly in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
-
Care about the people behind the tickets and the workspace around them — not just the technology.
-
Are proactive and detail-oriented — you anticipate needs before they arise.
-
Enjoy creating structure and smoothing out friction in others’ day-to-day experience.
What You Bring
-
2+ years of IT support, help desk, or office operations experience in a tech-forward environment.
-
Deep comfort with macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, and Okta.
-
Experience with Kandji or Intune, and Jira Service Management.
-
Familiarity with vendor management, office supply logistics, or facilities coordination.
-
Strong organizational and time management skills — able to juggle daily, weekly, and monthly tasks across both IT and Facilities.
-
Curiosity and willingness to learn automation tools (like Okta Workflows, Power Automate, or Zapier).
-
Professional English proficiency (written and verbal) for cross-functional collaboration with U.S.-based teams.
-
Bonus points for A/V support experience, Atlassian admin knowledge, or light scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
Why You’ll Love Working on IT at Built
-
A modern, cloud-first IT environment with Okta, Kandji, Atlassian, Twingate, and Google Workspace at the core.
-
A collaborative, tight-knit IT team that values experimentation and innovation.
-
Real opportunities to build systems, not just support them — you’ll help shape how IT and Facilities operate at scale.
-
Great people, great tools, and a culture that actually cares about getting things right.
