About us
MGResidential is a residential real estate team in Orlando, Florida. We help homeowners sell and buy across Central Florida, and we’re hiring our first remote Inside Sales Agent in Argentina. You’ll be the first voice many homeowners hear from us.

What you’ll do

• Call homeowners whose listings recently expired or were canceled, homes for sale by owner, and other seller leads, using our Vulcan7 dialer
• Hold real conversations to learn whether the owner still wants to sell, their timeline, and their motivation
• Book seller and buyer appointments for our agents and confirm them before they happen
• Follow up with warm leads, and keep notes, call outcomes, and phone labels up to date in the CRM
• Hit weekly targets for conversations and kept appointments

What we’re looking for

• Fluent spoken English with clear, natural pacing (C1 level or higher). This is the most important requirement.
• At least 1 year of phone sales, appointment setting, or call center experience. Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfort with cold calling and hearing “no” without losing energy
• Organized and reliable, with good notes and on-time shifts
• A quiet workspace, a wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps, a backup connection, and a noise-canceling headset

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern (US) time, with a 1-hour break
• Alternate Saturday mornings 9:00AM to 12PM EST

Pay

• Base pay of US$1,200–1,500 per month, depending on experience, paid in USD
• Bonuses for every kept appointment and every closed deal. Strong performers can earn US$1,500–2,000+ per month in total.
• Independent contractor role with monthly payments
• Paid training on our scripts, our systems, and the US real estate market
