We're looking for a VP of Marketing to build and lead Marvik's marketing and go-to-market function. This is not a campaign-execution role: you'll sit at the leadership table, own how Marvik positions itself in the enterprise AI market, build the marketing strategy around our offerings, and build the team and engine that turns that strategy into pipeline.
You'll work directly with the CEO and commercial leadership, and have real ownership over how Marvik grows in the US enterprise market.
Hybrid in Uruguay or Argentina preferred; open to remote candidates across LATAM and the US.
What you'll own
GTM & Positioning Strategy: Define how Marvik positions itself against global consultancies, system integrators, and AI-native firms. Own our messaging architecture, value proposition, and competitive narrative for US enterprise buyers.
Offering Marketing Strategy: Partner with leadership to define how we present, message, and grow our existing service lines — for example, building the marketing strategy around our Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) offering and how our value proposition evolves from there.
Enterprise Demand Generation: Build the demand engine for long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales: ABM, outbound programs, LinkedIn, content, and paid where relevant — including the marketing around partner events like NVIDIA GTC, before, during, and after the event. You'll be accountable for marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline.
Sales Alignment & Enablement: Work hand-in-hand with the commercial team on ICP definition, deal narratives, decks, one-pagers, and success stories that translate complex AI projects into credible, outcome-driven cases.
Thought Leadership & Brand: Position Marvik's leadership and engineers as authoritative voices in enterprise AI — across LinkedIn, industry media, podcasts, and the industry events that matter to us: NVIDIA GTC, Google Cloud Next, and Oracle AI World.
Partner Co-Marketing: Turn our NVIDIA, Anthropic, and Oracle ecosystem relationships into real demand channels through co-marketing, joint events, and partner programs.
Executive Events: Own the strategy behind executive dinners, meetups, and industry events — and show up as a credible representative of Marvik in front of C-level audiences.
Team Building: Hire and lead the marketing team, define the budget, and decide what we build in-house vs. with agencies and vendors.
Metrics & Reporting: Own the marketing budget and track what matters: pipeline generated, cost of acquisition, and marketing's real impact on deals.
What we're looking for

10+ years in B2B tech or professional-services marketing, with 3+ years leading the function (VP, Head of, or Director level).

Proven experience marketing and selling complex services or products to US enterprise and Fortune 500 buyers — you understand long sales cycles, procurement, POCs, and multi-stakeholder deals.

AI-native. You've marketed AI/ML/data offerings, you use AI tools intensively in your own work, and you can hold your own in a technical conversation with our engineers.

Track record of positioning and packaging offerings: launches, repositionings, or new service lines you can point to and explain.

You've built a marketing function — hired the team, owned the budget, made the in-house vs. agency calls.

Hands-on by choice. At our size (200+ people), strategy without execution doesn't fly. You're comfortable writing the first draft yourself while you build the team.

Executive-level English. You'll present to US C-levels, partners, and press.

Bonus: experience at an AI consultancy, data services firm, or a company with an embedded/forward-deployed delivery model.
