About the Role:
We are looking for a Part-Time Human Resources Assistant to support our HR operations, with the potential to grow into a full-time role in the future. If you are passionate about people, processes, and helping teams grow, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes end-to-end, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Support employee lifecycle documentation and internal communications.
  • Assist in coordinating HR initiatives and maintaining records.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying or holding a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience or internships in HR or recruitment preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced English level, spoken and written, is required for this role.
  • Availability to work Part-time schedule: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.
