Position Overview We are seeking a confident, experienced remote cold caller to generate leads and book appointments for our sales team. You will be the first voice potential clients hear — so professionalism, clarity, and persistence are a must.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to residential and commercial prospects in the NY & NJ area
• Introduce our cleaning services and generate qualified leads
• Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for our sales team
• Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM records daily
• Meet or exceed weekly call and lead generation targets
• Follow up consistently with warm leads

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English — clear, professional, and confident phone presence
• Minimum 1–2 years of cold calling or outbound sales experience (cleaning, home services, or B2B preferred)
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (required)
• Personal computer or laptop in good working condition
• Quiet, professional home work environment
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with CRM tools or Google Sheets is a plus
