We are a fast-growing U.S. law firm focused on innovation and technology. We are expanding our AI initiatives and looking for an experienced professional to help us implement AI solutions across our business.

Position Overview

We're looking for someone with hands-on experience building and managing AI agents, automating workflows, and implementing AI solutions that improve productivity and business operations.

This is a strategic role working directly with leadership to drive AI adoption across Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize AI agents.

Develop AI-powered workflows and automations.

Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams.

Evaluate and implement new AI technologies.

Train internal teams on AI tools and best practices.

Continuously improve AI performance and efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience building or managing AI agents.

Experience implementing AI solutions in business environments.

Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, OpenAI APIs, or similar.

Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) is a plus.

Background in Sales, Marketing, Legal, Operations, or Business Process Improvement.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Self-driven and comfortable working remotely.

English proficiency preferred.

Nice to Have

Prompt Engineering.

AI workflow design.

API integrations.

CRM experience.

Experience training teams on AI tools.
