Role Summary

We are hiring a Client Experience Associate to support our customers and cleaning staff. You will answer questions, solve problems, and help manage cleanings using phone, email, text, and live chat.

This role is for Spanish speakers who are highly fluent in English and who understand U.S. communication styles, including idioms, slang, metaphors, and common cultural phrases.

You must be able to work hours aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (New York time).

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customers by phone, email, text, and live chat
  • Help customers with booking questions, changes, and service details
  • Solve problems calmly and quickly; escalate when needed
  • Support cleaning staff with job questions and service issues
  • Write clear notes and keep records accurate in our systems
  • Share ideas to improve processes and customer experience

What We’re Looking For

Required (Non-Negotiable):

  • Fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Advanced English (spoken and written):
  • English proficiency must be C1 (CEFR) or ILR Level 5
  • At least 5 years of daily English use (work, school, or life)
  • Must understand U.S. English, including idioms, slang, metaphors, and tone
  • 1+ year of remote work experience
  • Experience working for a U.S./American company
  • High-volume customer service experience (phone + written support)
  • Strong writing skills and professional communication
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently

Strongly Preferred:

  • Experience supporting customers in New York or the U.S. East Coast
  • Experience with home services (cleaning, scheduling, dispatch)

Schedule & Pay

  • Minimum: 30 hours per week
  • Pay: up to $8.00/hour (USD)
  • Paid bi-weekly
  • Set schedule will be provided after hiring

Technical Requirements

  • Stable high-speed internet (300 Mbps+ preferred)
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace
  • Headset for calls
  • Dual monitors (preferred)
  • Typing speed 50+ WPM (55+ preferred)
