About Us

GENTY Recruitment normally helps US and European companies hire talent across Latin America. However, this time we're hiring for our own team as we continue expanding our business.

You will work across a portfolio of HR and recruitment-related projects in Latin America, including:

• GENTY Recruitment — a recruitment agency helping international companies hire talent across LATAM
• Latin Jobs — a growing job platform connecting employers and candidates throughout Latin America

As a Marketing Manager, you will help increase brand awareness, grow our audience, and generate inbound opportunities across both projects.

You will work directly with the Founder and collaborate with an international team supporting clients and partners across the United States and Latin America.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who enjoys both strategy and execution.

This role combines content creation, social media management, community marketing, growth initiatives, and brand development. We are looking for someone who is comfortable creating content independently, testing new ideas, and taking ownership of marketing initiatives from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow the LinkedIn presence of GENTY Recruitment and Latin Jobs
• Create and publish content across LinkedIn and other social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram
• Develop and execute Reddit marketing initiatives to increase visibility and engagement
• Research industry trends and create relevant content for HR, recruitment, and hiring audiences
• Prepare social media posts, articles, case studies, presentations, and other marketing materials
• Build and maintain content calendars and marketing campaigns
• Develop and test marketing hypotheses, growth initiatives, and new acquisition channels
• Support SEO and website growth activities
• Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements based on data
• Identify new opportunities to attract employers and candidates across Latin America
• Collaborate with external contractors and freelancers when additional support is needed

What We're Looking For

• Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, growth marketing, social media marketing, or a similar role
• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience managing LinkedIn and content-driven marketing initiatives
• Ability to create content independently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset and willingness to experiment with new ideas
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Interest in recruitment, HR, SaaS, marketplaces, or B2B services

Working Conditions

• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Fully remote work
• Flexible working hours aligned with Argentina time (UTC-3)
• Contractor agreement
• Direct reporting to the Founder
• Compensation paid in USD
• Monthly payments
• After successful completion of probation (3 months):
• 15 PTO days per year
• 5 paid sick leave days per year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,500,000.00 - $2,000,000.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
