We are seeking a reliable and organized Bilingual Virtual Assistant to provide general administrative and communication support. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with responding to emails, messages, and basic client inquiries in both English and Spanish
  • Support daily administrative tasks such as calendar updates, appointment scheduling, and simple follow-ups
  • Help maintain and update contact lists, databases, or CRM systems with accurate information
  • Organize digital files, documents, and forms as instructed
  • Perform basic data entry, online research, and other clerical tasks
  • Coordinate with team members and clients to support smooth daily operations
  • Provide basic support for emails, social media posts, or other simple marketing tasks (if needed)
