- Guide callers through troubleshooting steps and navigation of the EVD application
- Accurately document all interactions, decisions, and outcomes in tracking systems
- Create and manage IT incident tickets to document, track, and escalate EVD system or application issues to the appropriate technical teams, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to delivery operations.
- Create Delivery Action Requests (DARs) to capture tank setup issues, documentation gaps, or Bill of Lading discrepancies
- Coordinate with Ecolab field teams and account representatives to resolve delivery or system issues
- Respond to Chemtrec alerts related to in‑transit incidents, damaged packages, or chemical events; assist with coordination when escalation is required
- Generate and maintain delivery compliance and safety data, supporting reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
Work Schedule
- Roles available across varied schedules, including Monday - Friday, weekends, evenings, and overnight shifts
