Junior Finance Analyst


As a Junior Finance Analyst, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Finance team by ensuring the accurate setup, maintenance, and administration of financial and project-related information across multiple systems and tools. You will act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing support on ERP-related matters and helping maintain the processes that enable the successful management of client projects.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting both Finance and Account teams in a fast-paced advertising agency environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Finance and Account teams with the setup, maintenance, and administration of project-related information across various systems and tools.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding ERP-related questions and support requests.
  • Manage ERP user access requests, permissions, and basic system administration tasks.
  • Monitor and validate data entered into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Review and follow up on timesheet submissions to ensure compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate the client creation process, ensuring all required information is accurately entered and approved within company systems.
  • Assist with project setup and maintenance activities to support the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain documentation of finance operations processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve workflows.
  • Support month-end activities and other recurring finance processes as required.
  • Provide ad hoc support for finance projects, operational initiatives, and departmental priorities.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Operations, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working with ERP systems is preferred (NetSuite experience is a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Customer-service mindset and willingness to support internal stakeholders.
