Who We Are

Arcady Media Inc. is a fast-growing email & SMS marketing agency working with 7- to 9-figure eCommerce brands. We move fast, we experiment faster, and we don’t play corporate games.

We’re lean, profitable, and running multiple pods of designers, writers, strategists, and engineers across 4 continents. You’ll be working directly with our 26 year old Head of Operations, 20-year-old founder, helping scale a company doing over $150K/month in revenue.

What You’ll Actually Do

This is not a traditional EA role. You're not just booking flights and updating calendars (though you’ll do that too). You're the right hand to the founder and head of ops, helping create structure in chaos and push ideas across the finish line.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Calendar & Inbox Ownership
  • Prioritize what matters and reschedule what doesn’t
  • Create space for deep work, ideas, and strategy
  • Internal Accountability Partner
  • Keep founder and team accountable to priorities
  • Track and manage the implementation of key ideas and new initiatives
  • Project Execution
  • Translate rough ideas into organized, actionable plans
  • Own follow-through with internal stakeholders until things get done
  • Hiring Support
  • Handle early hiring funnel (posting, screening, first interviews)
  • Help build a system for recruiting across global markets
  • Workflow Automation + AI
  • Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Zapier, and Google Sheets
  • Build or help manage internal SOPs and automations
  • Client & Team Comms
  • Draft and review internal briefs, summaries, or follow-ups
  • Help organize trainings, company updates, and process rollouts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,162,480.00 - $2,092,464.00 per month
