At Solvo Global we are looking for a Support Service to join an important US company.

ADVANCED LEVEL OF ENGLISH IS REQUIRED

100% REMOTE

FULL-TIME POSITION (night and weekend shifts)

Responsibilities:








  • Proactively driving customer adoption, retention, and overall success



  • Onboard new customers and ensure efficient follow-up



  • Provide excellent guidance for new hotels from the start of signing the agreement until fully trained



  • Follow the timeline provided step-by-step



  • Nurture and build relationships with the properties that are partnered with the client



  • Being a customer advocate by providing feedback to the Product and Engineering team on where they can improve the platform to better solve our customer's challenges

Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:








  • Excellent written and verbal communication



  • You will be working with the senior leadership team & able to perform under dynamic working conditions



  • Understanding of hospitality industry is a plus



  • Open-minded, collaborative, problem solver, highly goal-oriented individual who is proactive, self-motivated, and a team player



  • Remote, flexible, dynamic working environment



  • Customer service: 3 years (Required)
