About the Role

Join Keep as a Financial Analyst, where your expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic insights will drive key business decisions. In this role, you’ll work directly with leadership to transform complex financial data into actionable intelligence, influencing company strategy and investor relations. Who We’re Looking For

• You have 3-4 years of experience in financial or analytical roles, with a strong background in financial modeling and large dataset manipulation.

• Your Excel skills are top-notch, and you’re comfortable working with complex formulas.

• You have strong attention to detail and can quickly identify inconsistencies in data.

• You approach problems methodically, structuring analyses in a way that leads to clear, actionable insights.

• You enjoy working cross-functionally and collaborating with engineering and data teams to optimize data access and reporting.

• You thrive in a dynamic environment where strategic recommendations are built from data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Create insightful presentations that translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations.

• Build and maintain financial models and data tapes for co-venture partnerships.

• Conduct in-depth financial analyses to extract actionable insights for investment decisions.

• Develop and refine data analysis processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

• Support ad-hoc analytical requests from leadership.

• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to improve financial data access and reporting.

• Assist in financial modeling for funding needs and compliance with debt covenants.

• Monitor funding availability to support future growth initiatives.

• Develop Excel models to support strategic recommendations and process improvements.

• Project Presentation (60 min): Present and discuss a real-world financial analysis challenge with the broader team, showcasing your approach to financial strategy and problem-solving.
