Latitude is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commerical Contracts Attorney based in Argentina to join our legal team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, redlining, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and actively licensed to practice law in Argentina. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with international stakeholders while contributing to critical legal operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and redline a wide variety of commercial contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, and licensing agreements
• Advise internal teams on legal risk and contract compliance
• Ensure contracts reflect company standards and legal best practices
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments in Argentina impacting contractual obligations
• Support the continuous improvement of contract review workflows and contract management tools

Requirements

• Law degree and active license to practice law in Argentina (required)
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in contract review and negotiation
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract structures, risk allocation, and compliance
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with U.S. or international legal teams
• Familiarity with SaaS, IP licensing, or data privacy contracts
