We are currently looking for a Service Desk Agent to work as part of a team of a leading American multinational pharmaceutical company.

What you´ll do?

As a Service Desk Agent, you will oversee the support needed by the employees of the company, handling service desk requests via phone, chat and email.

People that are organized, proactive, reliable, and results-driven initiative, with excellent customer service and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Desk support for retail chain employees.
  • Resetting/Unlocking of passwords.
  • System restoration.
  • Requests for new users.
  • Requests for new equipment.
  • Assistance for cameras and store sound.

Necessary skills and experience required:

- 0 - 2 years of work experience as a Service Desk or Call Center team.

  • Is desirable but not exclusive, proficient in CRMs and Service Desk/Contact Center tools (Service Now, Avaya CMS Supervisor, NICE, etc).
  • Excellent communication in both Spanish and Portuguese. (Advanced/Native)
  • Strong organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Able to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Goal and result-oriented mindset.
  • English: Basic/ intermediate

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Shift: 4:00pm to 1:00am (night shift)

Work model: Full Time, hybrid mode (4 days at home, 1 at the office, on Tuesday)
