We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Website Designer & Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with extensive WordPress designing & development experience, including custom plugins and themes, who can lead projects and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom WordPress sites using Elementor Pro according to specifications.
• Design and implement UI/UX designs into WordPress from Figma.
• Create and maintain custom plugins and themes as per project requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented CSS and other codes to enhance website functionality and user experience.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize development processes and improve user interactions on websites.
• Manage multiple development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
• Follow detailed instructions and apply best practices in web design and development to meet business and user demands.

Requirements:

• Should be creative and capable of generating innovative ideas, without the need for constant supervision.
• Proven experience of designing WordPress websites using Elementor Pro.
• Strong ability to designs responsive WordPress websites.
• Extensive knowledge of WordPress, including custom plugin development, theme customization, and CSS.
• Familiarity with AI tools and how they can be integrated into development workflows.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to follow precise project instructions.

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

Probation Period (6 months): Base Salary: $300 per month

After Probation:

• Base Salary: $500–$700 (performance-based)
• Project bases bonus
• Annual performance based bonus
