This position is designed for talented aspiring city managers who are eager to embark on an adventure by living and working in one of Europe’s most popular tourist destinations. We operate in 13 cities across the continent!

The position begins with training, and the most successful applicants will have the opportunity to relocate to Europe for the next 6-8 months to assist in developing our cities. This is a unique opportunity!

**Summary:**

- The position begins with training in Buenos Aires, with flexible hours.

- Following training, it is a full-time position (40 hours/week) or there is a part-time option avaiable

- On-site role based in one of our European destinations.

- As a tourism company, some holiday and weekend work may be necessary.

- Fluent English and Spanish are required.

- A European passport is an advantage

**About This Role**

**Responsibilities:**

- Launching new tours in the destinations.

- Developing partnerships with local activity providers.

- Creating and launching food tours in the destinations.

- Building relationships with hostels.

- Organizing pick-ups from hostels.

- Recruiting and managing tour guides.

- Assessing and improving operations in the city.

- Maintaining relationships with freelance tour guides.

- Collaborating with remote team members.

- Ensuring city's profitability.

**Skills and Attributes:**

- Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is mandatory

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks simultaneously

- Attention to detail to ensure thorough and accurate task completion

- Strong prioritization and organizational skills

- Solid sales skills and business acumen is mandatory

- Proficient in MS Excel and other productivity software.

- Familiarity with database management and internet search methods
