As a Web Developer at UPPERCASE, you’ll be a vital contributor to our growing engineering team. You'll help design, build, and optimize modern web applications that power experiences for our clients across America. This is a remote-first role where your impact is measured by code quality, product impact, and collaboration—not geography.

What You’ll Do

• Build, test, and deploy scalable web applications in collaboration with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into clean, responsive front-end code.
• Write and maintain efficient, readable, and reusable JavaScript and Python code.
• Participate in code reviews and help maintain high coding standards.
• Stay up to date with modern frameworks, tools, and best practices in frontend/backend development.
• Help debug, diagnose, and resolve bugs or performance bottlenecks.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of hands-on development experience in a production environment.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and solid understanding of HTML/CSS and SQL.
• Familiarity with at least one modern JS framework (React, Vue, Svelte) and Python backend frameworks(Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Experience working with APIs, Git, and version control workflows.
• Clear communicator in Spanish or English (written and verbal), comfortable in async and live team environments.
• Bonus: experience in DevOps, cloud (AWS or GCP), or unit/integration testing.

Pay: $2,376,316.00 - $3,413,970.00 per month
