Location

This is a remote position, open to candidates located anywhere, but candidates must be able to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

About the role

Tort Experts is looking to add a smart and talented Salesforce Developer/Administrator to our team managing the platforms supporting Intake operations. We use the Litify application on top of Salesforce as our legal CRM. Leads are fed into the system and Intake advocates work with potential claimants to determine eligibility. If qualified, the intake agent gathers relevant case information via a questionnaire and signs the claimant up for representation by our law firm partner. After sign up, the case documents and information are transmitted by the information related to the potential claim.

In the role of Salesforce Developer, you will work closely with internal and external team members to scope features and build them out.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with Administrator/Leadership to validate business requirements and scope
• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements
• Integrate with third party API’s
• Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components
• Testing (unit and systems), and debugging
• Contributing to technical documentation
• General SF Administration including but not limited to
• • Report building
  • user management
  • object/field management
  • flows, declarative logic, etc…
  • System updates

Qualifications

• Salesforce product knowledge
• At least 1 year of Salesforce development experience
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Competency in Javascript, Apex, SQL, REST web services
• Experience working with APIs
• Ability to work in a fast paced development environment

Nice to have

• Integrated Softphone and Five9
• Striving towards coding best practices and data quality
• Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Javascript Developer
• Extra bonus if you have experience with with Litify and/or Docrio
