Position Overview:
As a leader in our team, you will guide and develop a group responsible for preparing high-quality responses to RFEs related to immigration cases, including T-visas, U-visas, VAWA, and other petitions. Your leadership will foster a positive, organized, and growth-focused environment. You will design training programs, streamline procedures, and ensure adherence to standards, all while supporting your team’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the RFE response team, providing training and ongoing support
  • Conduct team meetings and individual coaching sessions
  • Collaborate with training and process improvement initiatives
  • Establish KPIs and monitor team performance for continuous growth
  • Act as an escalation point for complex cases, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
  • Develop and review SOPs and documentation standards
  • Foster a team environment centered on professionalism, growth, and collaboration

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly
  • Experience or interest in immigration law, with potential to grow into leadership roles
  • Proven leadership or team management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management tools
  • Legal experience or background preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level candidates with high potential.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (legal education/certification is a plus)
  • At least 3 years of legal writing, and 4 years of experience working with immigration-related matters or legal document preparation
  • Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • This is a contractor role initially, with the potential to transition into a full-time position under EOR with benefits according to local law.
