Experienced Remote Telemarketer – (Fluent English & U.S. Sales Experience Required!)

GF Leads, based in Los Angeles, California, is hiring experienced telemarketers to connect homeowners with essential construction services, such as roof mitigation and water damage repair, often covered by their insurance.

We are looking for highly skilled sales professionals with previous U.S. telemarketing experience, a perfect English accent, and strong objection-handling skills.

This position is only for candidates with proven sales or telemarketing experience and advanced proficiency in English. If you do not meet these requirements, please do not apply.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Remote Telemarketer
  • Type: Full-time (Work From Home)
  • Salary: $800/month + $200 bonus if you schedule at least 2 confirmed appointments per day
  • Location: Fully Remote
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM PST

Requirements (MANDATORY):

✅ Minimum 1 year of U.S. telemarketing or sales experience
✅ Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Fluent English with a very good accent
✅ Proven track record in appointment setting or cold calling
✅ Ability to handle objections and engage in natural conversations
✅ Must schedule at least 2 confirmed appointments per day to receive the $200 bonus
✅ Must maintain at least 1.5 appointments per day to keep the job
✅ Available to work from 9 AM – 5 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)
✅ Reliable work setup:

  • Computer with a stable internet connection
  • Noise-canceling headset

✅ Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Make outbound calls to U.S. homeowners, introducing construction services like roof mitigation and water damage repair
✔ Confidently engage clients and explain services without reading from a script
✔ Schedule a minimum of 2 confirmed appointments per day and maintain accurate records
✔ Handle objections professionally and provide clear, persuasive responses
✔ Meet daily and weekly performance goals
