US Tax Training Associate at Bright!Tax

We're on the hunt for a dynamic US Tax Training Associate to enrich our team.

As a pivotal support pillar to our L&D Manager, this is the perfect role for those who are passionate about fostering growth, facilitating learning, and enhancing the capabilities of our diverse team. The Role:

As a US Tax Training Associate you will:

  • Act as the technical backbone for our L&D initiatives, ensuring smooth and effective delivery of training programs for both the tax teams and the wider firm
  • Facilitate internal training sessions with a spirit of collaboration and education that makes learning an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
  • Provide tailored 1:1 support to strategically develop key team members, identifying areas for growth and championing their success.
  • Play a key role in hosting select Bright!University onboarding classes, welcoming new team members with open arms and a wealth of knowledge.
  • Hold regular office hours for the tax team, specifically for the Americas time zones, ensuring accessible, timely support and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Support L&D quality initiatives by reviewing tax returns across the tax team.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A detail-oriented organizer who can manage multiple projects simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
  • Someone with a strong time-management prowess, capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and other productivity tools, with a knack for learning and adapting to new software and systems. Someone who feels energized when learning new systems and implementing new processes.
  • Proficient in CCH Axcess.
  • A flexible, adaptable team player who is ready to embrace the opportunities and challenges of a fully remote role.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with an EA or CPA credential.

  • Our compensation package includes a base salary + bonus. The base salary ranges from $24,000 to $30,000 USD per year.
