Role Overview

As a Customer Success & Content Specialist, you will play a dual role: ensuring students successfully navigate our programs and producing high-quality content that enhances their learning experience. You will support students and educators, gather feedback, and coordinate with our internal team to optimize our curriculum. Additionally, you’ll create, edit, and manage educational content to maintain an engaging and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities Customer Success (Student Support & Coordination)

  • Serve as the main point of contact for students and parent & schools, ensuring a smooth experience throughout the program or software service.
  • Monitor student progress and provide support to ensure they meet learning goals.
  • Address student inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Coordinate with instructors and internal teams to improve student outcomes.
  • Gather and analyze student feedback to enhance course effectiveness.
  • Answer and make phone calls / emails.
  • Create course invitations for students, parents or schools.

Content Specialist (Content Creation & Editing)

  • Edit and refine video lessons, reviews, and other educational content for clarity and engagement.
  • Develop engaging digital content, including social media posts, blog articles, and course materials.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback on lesson plans and curriculum to improve content quality.
  • Work closely with educators and curriculum developers to enhance course materials.
  • Maintain content consistency and brand voice across all platforms.
  • Create generate audio translations on videos on digital and natural voices.
  • Upload digital content to LMS or e-learining platform.

Other

  • Serve as support in other similar departments with in the company
  • Create emails for events, announcements, product launch or services through email marketing campaigns.
  • Support on booking meetings for sales, customer service or other departments.
  • Be supportive on unresolved issues or task to support streamline operations.
  • Translating documents

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-3 years in customer success, student support, content creation, or a related field.
  • Over 18+ years of age.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar) and learning management systems.
  • Open to opportunities, growth and feedback.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to collect and interpret feedback to refine curriculum and content.
  • Proactive: Self-motivated, problem-solving mindset with excellent organizational skills.
  • Submission of screening documents.
  • Willing to work with typical, gifted and students with disabilities.
  • Knowledge of software related to google drive (docs, sheet and slides) and intermediate knowledge on game engines.
  • Possess good initiative, self-discipline, charismatic, with ethical and professional values.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. English & Spanish.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Previous teaching or training experience is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $3,436.50 - $4,582.00 per hour
