What's the opportunity?

As our Senior FP&A Analyst, you will embrace a dynamic business landscape while collaborating across departments to drive strategic financial insights and make a tangible impact on our financial journey. With your expertise and exposure to our leadership, you will thrive in our fast-paced company and unlock your full potential with us!

What will you be doing?

  • Budget planning, construction, and control across the organization.
  • Collaborate effectively with the finance department and other internal partners to drive comprehensive executive reporting and ensure the accuracy of financial projections.
  • Conduct monthly analysis of actuals vs. budget and recommend action items.
  • Track KPIs and prepare financial reports.
  • Analyze profitability and conduct in-depth margin analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports

What skills do you need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree will be a plus.
  • Background in FP&A, in multinational companies, or payments industry (desirable). Experience with the budgeting process and ZBB will be considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI and Business Intelligence as your tools of choice, enabling you to effectively communicate financial insights and analyze data.
  • Exceptional finance and analytical abilities, to drive informed decision-making.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, allowing you to seamlessly collaborate with multiple functional areas.
  • Advanced/Fluent in English.
  • Spanish will be considered a plus.
