What you’ll do:

Source amazing talent across LATAM.

Interview and match candidates to our clients’ needs. Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Ensure a smooth hiring process from start to finish.

What you need to know:

• This role is 100% commission-based, so we’re looking for someone open to working at risk .
• We offer our own ATS to help you build your database, plus you can use any other tools you bring to the table.
• You’ll work independently with a starting commission of 20% for every successful hire.
