About the Role
We’re hiring an organized and empathetic Communications Assistant to help our U.S. clients stay connected with their customers. From inbox and chat support to admin work and coordination, you’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day communications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries via email, chat, or CRM
  • Support internal and external communication tasks
  • Organize schedules, meetings, and reports
  • Prepare documents and presentations as needed
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and teams

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in admin, support, or customer service
  • Advanced English and excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Proficient with tools like Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and Notion
  • Studying or graduated from Communications, PR, Admin, or related field
