Abilikey is a global leader in digital strategy and online presence optimization. We’re expanding our remote team and looking for a Social Media Manager who blends creative instinct with analytical precision. You’ll play a critical role in scaling the brand identity, content quality, and growth of top-tier creators across multiple platforms—ensuring they meet and exceed the agency’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily personalized management of assigned creators, with ongoing direct communication
• Optimize creators’ brand identity and align it with their voice and the agency’s standards
• Provide detailed, actionable content feedback and high-level creative coaching
• Develop compelling bios that reflect each creator’s unique positioning and niche
• Refine posting and content strategies to increase traffic, reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Offer strategic visual consulting to improve content aesthetics and strengthen brand consistency

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in social media management, with a strong focus on branding, quality, and growth
• Excellent spoken and written English (C1/C2 preferred)
• Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently without micromanagement
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, and other relevant platforms
• Comfortable working across time zones in a global, remote team
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to analyze performance data to drive creator success

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-time: 40 hours/week (remote and flexible schedule)
• Base Salary: $1,500–$2,000 USD/month (paid in USD)
• Performance Bonus:– Uncapped monthly commissions tied to individual and creator success– Most earn an additional $500–$1,500 USD/month– Total compensation typically ranges from $24,000–$42,000+ USD/year, depending on results.
