We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Operations Analyst to join Property Leads, a fast-growing start-up specializing in lead generation for real estate investors. In this critical role, you will take the lead on all technical initiatives primarily supporting our sales team, while also contributing to broader organizational efforts.

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of operational processes, driving seamless integration and optimizing performance to empower our sales team's success. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring efficiency and consistency across our tech-driven operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven track record of owning and driving complex projects to completion
