What we are looking for - Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a FULL-TIME Photo Retoucher. The primary role of the Photo Retoucher, who has experience in a similar position and with the interest of working in the web-based adult entertainment industry. The candidate will be responsible for making changes and enhancements to a variety of images (body), cleaning-up images, adjusting skin textures, changing color tones, and other modifications to create specific looks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality retouching, color correction, and cleanup of digital images.
• Ensure all retouched images meet visual and technical standards across multiple platforms
• Maintain consistency in lighting, tone, and style across large batches of images.
• Collaborate designers, and art directors to deliver on creative vision.
• Prepare final assets for delivery in various formats and sizes.
• Organize and manage image files with proper naming conventions and storage protocols.
• Create and maintain retouching presets and processes for team efficiency.
• Stay current with retouching techniques, trends, and software updates.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have proven experience as an Image Retoucher or in a similar role.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
• Strong portfolio showcasing before-and-after retouching work.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and lighting.
• Ability to take direction and constructive feedback.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of relevant professional experiences.
• Fast and stable internet.
• English speaking & writing at work level.
• Academic background in Graphic Design or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in file management, web optimization techniques, and high-resolution digital retouching.
• Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere, Lightroom, and other trending creative tools.
• Familiar with wireframing software.
• Good artistic approach.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• An amazing portfolio.
