Organic Growth & Facebook Group Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a marketing leader to drive our organic growth, with a focus on Facebook Group marketing. This is a remote, full-time position with a salary range of $2,000–$3,000/month.

Key Responsibilities

Organic Growth & Facebook Group Marketing

- Lead and optimize Facebook Group marketing for growth, engagement, and client success

- Implement growth hacks, content strategies, and audience-building tactics

- Stay up-to-date on Facebook algorithm changes and trends

- Oversee content quality and strategy, ensuring all copy and visuals deliver impact

- Give feedback to copywriters to refine messaging

Content & Social Media Strategy

- Develop strategies to grow Facebook Groups and other social media channels

- Scale new accounts into top-performing, high-engagement channels

- Oversee content creation aligned with client brands and goals

- Assist in monthly reporting, analyzing performance and suggesting improvements

Team Leadership & Development

- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team for smooth workflow

- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and track performance goals

- Support strategic decision-making and foster a culture of learning and growth

Service & Performance Optimization

- Refine processes to improve efficiency and client outcomes

- Analyze campaigns and implement data-driven optimizations

- Ensure we deliver top service and consistently generate quality leads

- Maintain company culture and strategic alignment

Client Communication

- Conduct 1-on-1 meetings with clients to build strong relationships

- Clearly communicate campaign objectives, strategies, and results

- Proactively gather and address feedback to ensure satisfaction and retention

- Serve as a trusted advisor, educating clients on marketing best practices

Who You Are

- 2+ years in organic marketing & lead generation

- Expert in Facebook Growth & Engagement (groups, tactics, and algorithms)

- Strategic and hands-on: you set strategy and can execute directly

- Growth-driven, performance-obsessed, and up-to-date on trends
