Your Role

As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will lead the client relationship and strategy for healthcare-related businesses. You’ll serve as the main point of contact, working with internal teams to execute and report on campaign results, particularly in Google and Meta Ads.

Core Responsibilities

• Own client relationships from kickoff to monthly reporting and performance reviews
• Lead weekly calls and maintain consistent, proactive communication
• Translate client needs into clear tasks for SEO, paid ads, and automation teams
• Audit and advise on active PPC campaigns (Google and/or Meta)
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and troubleshoot issues with internal teams
• Ensure all deliverables and timelines are on track
• Uphold quality, communication standards, and client satisfaction
• Speak fluently with healthcare executives, including Orthodox Jewish business owners

Requirements

• 2+ years managing client accounts in marketing, SaaS, or professional services
• Hands-on experience running or reviewing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
• Confident communicator who can translate complex marketing data into clear strategy
• Calm under pressure, highly organized, and results-driven
• Bonus: Experience with ABA, behavioral health, or healthcare clients
• Availability to work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm EST for 40.0 Hours OR until 2-4pm PST. Must be flexible and able to work additional hours/weekends/holidays if the situation warrants it.

Pay: $2,826,990.00 - $6,784,776.00 per month
