Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with affiliates to drive high-quality traffic and leads.
• Optimize and scale pay-per-call and pay-per-lead campaigns.
• Analyze affiliate performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate strategies with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of pay-per-call, pay-per-lead, and media buying.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
