The Acquisitions Manager (Salary range is $950-$2,000 (salary base + commission) ) plays a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and acquiring off-market properties for our real estate wholesale business. This position involves evaluating seller leads, building rapport, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth transition to disposition. The ideal candidate is driven, coachable, and has strong sales and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and follow up with inbound seller leads from marketing campaigns (calls, texts, web forms)
• Qualify leads using company criteria and uncover seller motivation, timeline, and price expectations
• Analyze property condition, neighborhood data, and recent sales to determine offer strategy
• Make offers and negotiate purchase contracts directly with property owners
• Manage and track leads and follow-ups in the company CRM (e.g., Podio, Salesforce, etc.)
• Coordinate with transaction coordinator and disposition team after contract is secured
• Achieve daily and monthly KPIs for calls, appointments, contracts, and conversion rate
• Continuously improve sales skills through training and team collaboration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000,000.00 - $4,010,000.00 per month
