Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized team member to support Dr. Rana,. The ideal candidate will be able to seamlessly manage administrative, creative, and operational tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the growth of Dr. Rana’s personal brand and entrepreneurial ventures. This role requires a blend of creativity, administrative expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Creative and Brand Support:

• Refine and enhance YouTube video scripts to ensure they are engaging, accurate, and aligned with Dr. Rana’s tone and goals.
• Generate content ideas and assist with social media management (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), including writing captions, scheduling posts, and analyzing engagement metrics.
• Assist with brand-building initiatives, including the development of Dr. Rana’s scrubs clothing line and “RINZ” mouthwash.
• Conduct research on trends, topics, and potential collaborations to expand Dr. Rana’s online presence.

Administrative Tasks:

• Schedule and manage appointments (personal, clinic, and creative projects) efficiently.
• Book and coordinate flights, accommodations, and itineraries for personal and professional travel.

Clinic and Team Support:

• Monitor and oversee clinic staff operations, ensuring tasks are completed and schedules run smoothly.
• Act as a liaison between Dr. Rana and his team, facilitating communication and task delegation.
• Stay on top of deadlines, clinic operations, and team needs to ensure efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per month
