About the Role

Pinzak is a global performance marketing agency. We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to support a range of tasks including influencer outreach, advertising, reporting, and more.

Responsibilities

• Find, contact, and manage influencers and affiliate partners for clients
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Help plan and execute advertising campaigns
• Manage and grow social media accounts (content planning, posting, performance tracking)
• Join client calls for reporting, briefings, and feedback
• Prepare weekly internal and/or client-facing reports

Must-Haves

• Fluent English – spoken and written (client-facing role)
• Available to work US hours
• 2+ years of marketing experience
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Knows how to use AI tools to boost productivity

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Affiliate/influencer marketing experience or network
• Eye for design or creative direction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,200,000.00 - $1,800,000.00 per month
