Job Title: B2B SaaS Front-End Developer

Location: Remote (LATAM)

Reports to: Marketing, CMO

Our Client is a leading B2B SaaS org chart automation solution, servicing the HR community.
We’re looking for a Senior Web Developer with a strong blend of technical expertise and design sensibility to own and evolve our marketing and customer-facing web properties.
You’ll work closely with our design, product, and marketing teams to build beautiful, performant, conversion-optimized experiences that tell our story, attract the right customers, and support our growth.

You’ll be the go-to expert for our web stack – bringing modern development practices, performance optimization, SEO best practices, and deep empathy for the end user.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and performance of our core marketing website (and international sites).

Collaborate with demand gen and other marketing team members to bring pages and campaigns to life (product pages, landing pages, SEO pages and blog, and more).

Build with performance, accessibility, SEO, and UX best practices in mind.

Own and refine our web architecture – analytics, site speed, CDN, tracking, hosting.

Perform an initial audit of the site (and X regular cadence) for speed and efficiency and make recommendations on ways to improve.

Ensure that all development projects are delivered at high quality and on-time.

Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimizations regularly.

Ensure strong collaboration across demand gen, product marketing, SEO, and product Teams.

Desired Skills and Experience:

5+ years of professional web development experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.

English language proficiency level at C1 or C2 - Required

English language CV/resume listing all jobs in chronological order - Required

Deep experience with Wordpress and Webflow website custom development experience .

Experience building modern, interactive websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and UI

frameworks (React, Node, JQuery, Angular, etc are a plus)

Proficiency in modern front-end stacks – React, Next.js (or similar), TypeScript, TailwindCSS - a plus.

Excellent with translating mockups and wireframes into front-end code.

Understanding of technical SEO, accessibility, and page speed optimization.

Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools (GA4, HubSpot, Hotjar, etc.).

Strong UI/UX instincts, attention to detail, and mobile optimization skills.
