Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant with marketing skills and experience to join our team remotely. In this role, you will support our executive leadership by handling a wide range of administrative, operational, and marketing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to marketing initiatives will be essential to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities Local Business Partnership Development

  • Identify, research, and reach out to potential local businesses (gyms, spas, wellness centers, clinics, etc.) for strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with partner organizations.
  • Develop partnership packages, proposals, and outreach messaging tailored to each business type.
  • Coordinate meetings between partners and internal stakeholders (e.g., IV nurses, CEO).
  • Track and follow up on partnership pipeline progress and performance.

Marketing Collaboration & Campaigns

  • Support the creation and execution of local co-branded marketing initiatives and cross-promotions.
  • Plan and coordinate community events, in-person activations, or in-house sessions at partner locations.
  • Collaborate with social media and design teams to produce flyers, digital ads, and partner features.
  • Ensure partner tagging, credits, and cross-platform visibility across social channels and websites.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Monitor performance of partner-generated bookings, engagement rates, and ROI.
  • Prepare and present partnership status reports and marketing performance metrics.
  • Suggest improvements for better engagement, visibility, and conversion from local partnerships.

Strategic Input & Brand Representation

  • Act as a brand ambassador at local events and networking opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with competitor activity, local trends, and community events relevant to the wellness industry.
  • Contribute fresh ideas for local campaigns, influencer collaborations, and referral initiatives.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong project coordination and follow-through.
  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals and branding consistency.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, partnerships, or local business development (preferred).
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Slack, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms (bonus).

Technical Requirements:

Internet: Reliable High-Speed Internet (minimum upload and download speeds of 25 Mbps).

Computer:

  • Intel i5 or equivalent processor.
  • Minimum 8GB RAM.
  • High or SSD storage.
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or higher.

Video Conferencing:

  • Headset: Noise-canceling headphones with a microphone.
  • Workspace: Quiet, private area for confidential communications.
  • Backup Power: Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) or alternate power source.

Other Requirements:

  • Education: A diploma from a four-year college education.
  • Identification: Candidates must provide a valid government-issued identification (e.g., passport, driver's license).
  • Proof of Residency: A recent utility bill or bank statement reflecting the candidate's current address.
  • Background Check: Consent to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.
