Job Description
- Managing invoices and daily sales information and preparing all relevant reports.
- Verifying correct ledger coding and authorizing payments for invoices and key data.
- Auditing all paperwork to ensure compliance with the company systems and standards.
- Preparing and presenting all financial statements to management and preparing budgets.
- Managing relationships with various products and services providers.
- Sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing supplies and equipment.
- Managing payroll and other related HR tasks.
- Managing office inventory.
- Supporting our CPA and other off-site accounting staff.
Functions & Duties
- Manage invoices and daily sales information, and prepare all relevant reports.
- Verify correct ledger coding and authorize payments for invoices and key data.
- Audit all paperwork to ensure compliance with company systems and standards.
- Prepare and present financial statements and budgets to management.
- Manage relationships with various products and services providers.
- Source, negotiate, and purchase supplies and equipment.
- Manage payroll and other related HR tasks.
- Manage office inventory.
- Support our CPA and other off-site accounting staff.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Advanced command of the English language.
- Commitment, focus, and dedication to building a career.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Experience with restaurant accounting is a plus.
Workspace Requirement
- Ability to perform remotely while on live camera with office equipment (preferred).
- Quality desktop or laptop computer with a good microphone and video camera.
- Reliable Internet connection.
Workdays: Monday - Friday
Time Range: 09:00 PST - 17:00 PST
Shift Duration: 8 hours
Compensation: Competitive compensation in USD (Rates aligned with the local market)
