We are seeking a Reputation Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Argentina, where you will play a crucial role in managing and improving our guest experience by addressing and resolving negative feedback. You will directly contact guests who have left negative reviews, offering solutions to improve their satisfaction and guiding them through the process of removing their review.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Shifts: Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM EST (UTC-4) (Weekends off)
  • Location: Remote (Argentina)
  • Compensation: $500,000 ARS per month + performance-based bonuses

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively contact guests via phone (using a provided VOIP number) to address concerns and improve their experience.
  • Apologize, resolve issues, and offer solutions, including negotiating refunds or incentives to encourage the removal of negative reviews.
  • Guide guests through the review removal process and ensure follow-through until the review is deleted.
  • Track guest interactions and progress using internal systems to maintain an accurate record of resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to improve review management strategies and overall guest satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience or a similar role involving guest relations.
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone demeanor.
  • Persuasive and solution-oriented, with a knack for building rapport and handling objections.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to negotiate and navigate difficult conversations.
  • Reliable internet connection and a personal computer suitable for remote work.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized, able to work independently and track progress effectively.
