What You’ll Do:

• Own and manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met with precision.
• Coordinate across teams, keeping communication clear, proactive, and on point.
• Ensure quality control at every stage—no detail is too small!
• Manage and track project data using Excel—so proficiency is non-negotiable!
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while keeping projects on track.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless execution.

What You Bring:

Proven project management experience (Market Research experience is a HUGE plus!)
Exceptional attention to detail—you catch things others miss
Ability to juggle multiple projects without missing a beat
Excel mastery—you’ll be required to pass an Excel proficiency test
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Tech-savvy with experience using project management tools
Must work EST hours
Dual monitors required for efficiency (We will supply)
