Position Summary

As a Hedge Fund Analyst at Venture Shares, you will be at the forefront of our mission to trade shares in leading private market companies. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment, where you will conduct research, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to drive our investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on private market companies, including SpaceX, OpenAI, Anduril, and ByteDance.
• Monitor and evaluate public market trends, private market opportunities, cryptocurrencies, and geopolitical factors impacting investments.
• Assist in the execution of trades and portfolio management activities for private market securities.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and potential investors.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to develop and refine investment strategies.
• Stay updated on global financial markets, regulatory changes, and political developments.

Qualifications

• Current college student or recent graduate in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of public market investing, private markets, cryptocurrencies, and political dynamics.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, or R is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic, early-stage startup environment.
• Must be a resident of Argentina.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with investment research or trading platforms.
• Knowledge of private market investment vehicles and secondary market trading.
• Passion for emerging technologies, disruptive industries, and startup ecosystems.
