Role: Amazon Masterfile Specialist
Hours: 8am - 4pm Mountain Standard Time
Hourly Wage: $6 - $10 (negotiable based on experience)

Lago is in search of an Amazon Masterfile Specialist to join our dedicated ecommerce team. In this position, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our product listings on Amazon. Your expertise will ensure that our products are accurately represented, searchable, and compliant within the Amazon ecosystem. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, understands Amazon’s catalog management processes, and is passionate about driving sales through effective product presentation.

Requirements:
What You’ll Do:
As an Amazon Masterfile Specialist, you’ll own and manage the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of product listings on Amazon. Your work will directly impact how customers discover and engage with our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and optimize product listings in Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
• Maintain and manage masterfile databases to ensure consistency across marketplaces
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, creative) to ensure accurate product information
• Monitor ASIN creation, merges, suppressions, and compliance flags
• Troubleshoot listing issues and communicate with Amazon support as needed
• Identify and implement improvements to data workflows and processes
• Ensure compliance with Amazon’s latest listing policies and content guidelines

What You Bring:

• Experience working with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
• Strong knowledge of Amazon listing requirements, backend attributes, and variation structures
• Proven experience handling large product catalogs and masterfile maintenance
• Analytical mindset with great attention to detail
• Comfortable working with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data management tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented

Nice to Have:

• Experience in ecommerce operations, catalog management, or digital merchandising
• Familiarity with flat files, bulk uploads, and Amazon error codes
• Understanding of SEO best practices for Amazon listings
