JOB DESCRIPTION


We are looking for a Technical Project Lead who will be responsible for managing and executing web solution maintenance and development projects, ensuring the quality of technical deliverables and client satisfaction. This role combines development capabilities with project coordination skills, allowing agile responses to client needs and efficient task execution. The Technical Project Lead will serve as a liaison between technical teams and clients, ensuring requirements are translated into effective, high-performance solutions.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Web Solution Development and Maintenance:

  • Develop, adjust, and optimize web components using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
  • Perform maintenance tasks on web platforms, applying bug fixes, optimizations, and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate on the implementation of integrations and updates in platforms like SharePoint, ensuring solutions are efficient and scalable.

Technical Project Coordination:

  • Manage the schedule for development and maintenance tasks, ensuring each activity is prioritized and executed correctly.
  • Align client expectations with technical deliverables, ensuring that each project progresses according to established timelines with clear communication.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the client and the development team, facilitating accurate translation of technical requirements and ensuring solutions meet client needs.

Technical Support and Client Relationship:

  • Provide direct technical support to clients, quickly resolving minor issues and routing complex incidents to the appropriate team.
  • Participate in client meetings to discuss technical aspects, analyze possible improvements, and propose development solutions.
  • Offer technical consulting, providing recommendations on best practices for web solution development and maintenance.

Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement:

  • Suggest improvements to development and maintenance processes, identifying opportunities to reduce response times and optimize resources.
  • Document development and maintenance procedures, ensuring knowledge is shared within the team.
  • Participate in code review sessions and quality testing, ensuring consistency and high quality of the developed solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS


  • Previous Experience: Minimum of 3 years in web maintenance roles, technical support for websites, or digital platform management. Project management experience and experience in digital marketing agencies or hosting companies are advantageous.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing minor technical adjustments on sites.
    • Familiarity with web servers (Apache, Nginx) and database management systems (MySQL).
    • Experience with analysis and monitoring tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and performance monitoring tools like GTmetrix and Pingdom.
    • Knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Problem-Solving Orientation: Ability to identify and quickly resolve technical issues, ensuring service continuity for clients.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and concisely explain technical problems and solutions to clients, ensuring mutual understanding.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in reviewing websites to identify performance, security, and compatibility issues.
  • Autonomy and Proactivity: Ability to work independently, prioritizing maintenance tasks and proposing improvements before critical issues arise.
