Job Title: Head of Marketing (Marketing Manager)
Location: Remote (Must work 2pm–10pm BG time | 7am–3pm EST)
Hours: Start with 30 hours/week, with potential to increase to 40 hours
Compensation: $1,000–$3,000/month (hourly at first, fixed salary later)
Start Date: ASAP

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and proactive Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize our marketing strategies. This includes managing newsletters, Facebook ads, LinkedIn profiles, and a variety of other marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle multiple tasks, create compelling content, analyze campaign performance, and streamline processes. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to drive business growth and ensure high-quality client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

● Newsletter Management:
○ Create, schedule, and manage engaging newsletters tailored to target audiences.
○ Optimize newsletters for improved open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
○ Analyze performance data to refine strategies and content.

● Facebook Ads Management:
○ Develop and manage Facebook ad campaigns to promote our services and generate leads.
○ Continuously optimize ads based on performance metrics, ensuring high ROI.
○ Collaborate with the sales and content teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

● LinkedIn Management:
○ Oversee and maintain an active and engaging LinkedIn presence for the company and key team members.
○ Develop and implement LinkedIn content strategies to generate awareness, engage prospects, and build relationships.
○ Monitor engagement and optimize posts to maximize reach.

● Marketing Strategy Development:
○ Collaborate with leadership to refine marketing strategies that align with the company’s growth goals.
○ Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
○ Create and implement lead generation tactics, incorporating both paid and organic methods.

● Campaign Performance Tracking:
○ Track and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.
○ Develop regular reports on marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
○ Provide recommendations for improvement based on data-driven analysis.

● Content Creation and Optimization:
○ Work closely with the content team to produce high-quality, relevant content for newsletters, ads, and social media.
○ Optimize content for engagement and conversion across all channels.

● KPI Tracking:
○ Establish, monitor, and report on key marketing KPIs across all channels to inform strategic decisions.

● Paid Advertising Department Development:
○ Build and manage a dedicated paid advertising department within GLP Marketing, enabling us to offer paid media services to customers.

● Process Improvement:
○ Develop and refine internal processes to improve efficiency across marketing campaigns.
○ Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for marketing tasks and workflows.
○ Ensure all marketing initiatives align with business objectives and client needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

● Proven experience managing newsletters, social media ads (especially Facebook), and LinkedIn marketing.
● Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
● Excellent communication and writing skills for both internal and external messaging.
● Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail.
● General familiarity with CRMs, preferably GoHighLevel.
● Expert-level copywriting skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred:
● Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
● Background in legal marketing or B2B services.

Pay: $1,163,950.00 - $3,491,850.00 per month
